How it works. Your guide to hiring chair covers

Choose your chair cover
- Select from one of our 6 chair cover fabrics.
- All of our chair covers come in a range of sizes to fit most chair types. You will be given the opportunity to select your chair style in step 3.
- If you would like to have multiple fabrics on your order, this is possible by phone.
Choose your chair sash
- We have over 35 bow colours to choose from!
- You can currently select a single colour for your sashes. However, if you would like to have more than one colour just call to let us know after placing your order. We will not charge any extra to make these changes.
- Chair sashes may not be hired on their own, only part of a set with chair covers.
Enter event details
- Enter your event details, and confirm your chair cover and sash selection. If you know the chair type at your event, you should select it here.
- If you have more than one chair type, give us a call to let us know. There are no additional charges for multiple chair types, and all chair cover sizes are the same price.
- If you confirm your order online without specifying a chair size, and our chair covers are not available in that size, we will notify you of this as soon as possible, and a full credit will be made. Note, however, that our chair covers are available in a wide variety of sizes, and we very rarely find ourselves unable to find the perfect fit for an event.
Delivery and Collection
- Select an appropriate delivery date or fitting slot for your chair cover order, and confirm a collection date.
- We deliver our chair covers for hire nationally including Northern Ireland but excluding the Highlands and islands.
- Delivery can be made to any location specified at the time of order. Most people request delivery to the wedding hire venue or to their home.
Get your chair cover hire quotation
- You will now see your chair cover hire quotation, and will be emailed a copy for your records.
- Only an initial £75.00 deposit is required to place your order with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the function.
- You can amend your chair cover hire order up to 2 weeks before the event.
- All prices inc VAT
Confirm your chair cover order
- Enter your shipping and billing details to confirm your order.
- Remember only a £75.00 deposit is required to hire today! The remainder of the balance can be paid via telephone up to 14 days before your event.
- If your function is less than 7 days away, you will be unable to confirm using our online service. If this is the case, please call for availability.

- - Why choose chair covers without fitting?
    
    Our chair covers for weddings are available in a wide range of sizes. As such, our chair covers are suitable for a variety of chairs typically found in the UK (identified in step 3). Simply tell us your chair style, and we'll match your requirements in the vast majority of cases.
    
    We endeavour to create chair covers that are simple to fit, even without prior knowledge of how to style a wedding venue. It's also true that staff at many venues are able to assist in the fitting of chair covers.
    
    This way, it's possible for customers to avoid the kinds of costs incurred by hiring a chair cover fitting team.
- - Should I go for Lycra or cotton chair covers?
    
    Whilst many customers have their own chair cover hire preferences, it's fair to say that cotton chair covers never go out of fashion.
    
    Cotton is a universally popular material for its lightweight, soft feel. No one wants to hire wedding chair covers that are susceptible to stretching or tearing, and cotton is certainly a durable fabric.
    
    For an environmentally-friendly material - not to mention its reputation as the classic wedding fabric - cotton chair covers tick all the right boxes.
